How to add a task via email:

1. Send an email to tasks@trooper.dev.

2. Include the following details in your email:

  • Task Name
  • Website URL
  • Requested Turnaround (choose one: Standard, Rushed (<1 day), ASAP (4-8 hours))
  • Task Details (as much detail as possible about your request)
  • If you have questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out via chat in the lower-right corner of our website.

How to add a task through the Trooper account dashboard:

  • Login to Your Account:
    Use the following link to access your account: https://trooper.dev/my-account/

  • Navigate to the Add a Task Tab:
    Once logged in, click on the "Add a Task" tab in your dashboard.

  • Fill Out the Task Form:
    Provide all necessary details in the task form, including links and descriptions of what needs to be updated, reworded, fixed, or changed.

  • Submit Your Task:
    Click on the "Add a Task" button to submit your request

How to add a task via chat:

1. Go to our website: https://trooper.dev/ 

2. Click on the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

3. Click on the purple "Send us a message" button.

4. Provide the necessary details, including:

  • Task Name
  • Website URL
  • Requested Turnaround (Standard, Rushed, ASAP)
  • Task Details

How to set up a video or voice call with Trooper to add a task

1. Email us at tasks@trooper.dev to request a video call.

2. In your email, include:

  • Your preferred date and time for the call
  • Whether you prefer a video or voice call
  • A brief description of your task(s)
