Yes, each month you pay a 'Monthly Price' based on how often we perform the needed maintenance. This can be once, twice, or four times a month.

As part of your monthly price, the Trooper team will go through your website to verify that everything is in working order. If your theme or plug-ins need to be updated, we update them. In addition, we’ll perform daily backups and monitor them 24/7 to make sure your website stays up and running. Each time we do this, we send you a complete report of our findings and any work we have completed.

Separately, when you want to make updates to your website, all you need to do is let us know what you're looking to have done. We already have access to your WordPress admin, so we're able to login and make the website updates you need. For this work, we will give you a quote prior to starting any work. Once we have completed this work to your satisfaction, we will bill you at the end of that month for any approved updates.
