For WordPress maintenance, you pay a flat monthly price based on how frequently you’d like us to perform essential WordPress plugins and core updates —once, twice, or four times a month. These happen on the 1st and 15th of each month (or nearest business day), and “weekly” updates happen each Monday.

We call this “Trooper Maintenance Day" and it includes:

  • Verifying that your website is looking and running smoothly.
  • Updating your WordPress core, theme, and plugins as needed.
  • Performing daily backups and 24/7 monitoring to keep your site secure and functional.

Each time we run maintenance on your website, we follow up with a detailed report outlining what we updated along with a comprehensive snapshot of your website health. This includes performance scores, traffic overview, vulnerability report, and more.

For updates—like layout changes, content revisions, or feature enhancements—you just let us know what you need. We’ll evaluate it and assign a Task Credit score to it, or provide a flat rate quote if the work is more complex than a few hours. You don’t pay until the work is completed and approved to your satisfaction.
