Our pricing structure is simple and flexible, designed to meet the needs of your agency or small business without breaking the bank. You pay a flat monthly fee for your proactive maintenance. For everything else we assign it a “Task Credit” number and you only pay for what you need. Read on to learn more.
Monthly Maintenance Plan
For a flat monthly fee based on maintenance frequency, we handle the ongoing maintenance of your website, ensuring it stays secure, updated, and running smoothly. Here’s what’s included:
WordPress Plugins and Updates: We verify that your WordPress core, themes, and plugins are functioning correctly and updated to the most recent secure version.
Daily Backups: Your website is backed up daily and we keep 30 days of rolling backups to ensure data is safe and recoverable.
24/7 Monitoring: We keep an eye on your site around the clock, addressing any issues as they arise.
Detailed Reports: At your specified maintenance frequency, we provide a complete report of our findings, updates, and tasks performed to keep you in the loop. This happens on the 1st and 15th of every month, or closest business day.
Vulnerability Patching: When a vulnerability is discovered we proactively patch it as soon as an updated security patch is available.
Additional Tasks
For additional updates, changes, and enhancements we offer a flexible "Task Credit" system. Submit requests through your personal dashboard, chat, or even a quick video or voice call. A dedicated Client Agent will review your needs, provide recommendations, and assign a Task Credit number for each task. This number is typically between 1 and 10.
Task Credit numbers are based on complexity, with each Task Credit (TC) representing 15 minutes of work. This ensures you only pay for what you need, saving you money compared to typical agency fees. You also have full control over prioritizing and scheduling these updates.
